When will my request arrive?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and in a few specified cities on the delivery page.

You can request delivery outside the country with the store team via WhatsApp by providing information on the weight of the product and the rates for international carriers that are not currently registered in the store.

In case of manufacturing defect of the product?

You should read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange, in case of a defect on the product, it has been agreed to return, the shipping value of the company is calculated, and the shipping cost is returned to the customer.
